Les exercices sont chor\u00e9graphi\u00e9s et les distances de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont respect\u00e9es&nbsp;: on ne frappe jamais son partenaire avec une arme, m\u00eame en gardes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La position de garde de ken (<em>ken no kamae<\/em>) classique est <em><strong>ch\u016bdan no kamae<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u4e2d\u6bb5\u306e\u69cb\u3048\u3011(garde au milieu)&nbsp;: le ken point\u00e9 vers la gorge de l\u2019adversaire, pied droit devant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe d\u2019autre positions de garde que l\u2019on rencontre dans des exercices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em><strong>Gedan no kamae<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u4e0b\u6bb5\u306e\u69cb\u3048\u3011: Garde basse, le <em>ken<\/em> devant le corps point\u00e9 vers le sol \u00e0 45\u00b0 <\/li><li><strong><em>Hass\u014d no kamae<\/em><\/strong> \u3010\u516b\u76f8\u306e\u69cb\u3048\u3011: Garde \u00ab\u202fdans les 8 directions\u202f\u00bb, o\u00f9 le <em>ken<\/em> est vertical \u00e0 droite du visage (comme dans les suburi 14 \u00e0 18 du <em>j\u014d<\/em>)<\/li><li><strong><em>J\u014ddan no kamae<\/em><\/strong> \u3010\u4e0a\u6bb5\u306e\u69cb\u3048\u3011: Garde haute, le <em>ken<\/em> au dessus de la t\u00eate, inclin\u00e9 \u00e0 45\u00b0 (comme dans le 2\u00e8me <em>suburi<\/em>)<\/li><li><em><strong>Waki no kamae<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u8107\u306e\u69cb\u3048\u3011: Garde basse o\u00f9 le ken est maintenu derri\u00e8re le corps (historiquement pour en cacher la longueur), point\u00e9 vers le sol \u00e0 45\u00b0 (comme dans le <em><strong>suburi<\/strong><\/em>\u3010\u7d20\u632f\u308a\u3011sont des exercices cr\u00e9\u00e9s par ma\u00eetre Morihiro SAITO pour faciliter l\u2019apprentissage des mouvements plus <em>ch\u016bdan<\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Ni no suburi<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u4e8c\u306e\u7d20\u632f\u308a\u3011: D\u00e9part en <em>ch\u016bdan<\/em>, recul en <em>j\u014ddan<\/em>, coupe droite en avan\u00e7ant<\/li><li><strong><em>San no suburi<\/em><\/strong> \u3010\u4e09\u306e\u7d20\u632f\u308a\u3011: D\u00e9part en <em>ch\u016bdan<\/em>, recul en garde <em>waki<\/em> en passant par le directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><em>Zengo giri<\/em><\/strong> \u3010\u524d\u5f8c\u5207\u308a\u3011: Coupe devant et derri\u00e8re (Nord, Sud)<\/li><li><strong><em>Shiho giri<\/em><\/strong> \u3010\u56db\u65b9\u5207\u308a\u3011: Coupe dans 4 directions (Nord, Sud, Est, Ouest)<\/li><li><strong><em>Happo giri<\/em><\/strong> \u3010\u516b\u65b9\u5207\u308a\u3011: Coupe dans les 8 directions re\u00e7oit l\u2019attaque et qui gagne \u00e0 la fin).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em><strong>Migi no awase<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u53f3\u306e\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3011: <em>Uchidachi<\/em> attaque <em>shomenuchi<\/em> (1er <em>suburi<\/em>). <em>Ukedachi<\/em> sort de la ligne d\u2019attaque vers la droite et contre-attaque avec <em>shomenuchi<\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Hidari no awase<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u5de6\u306e\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3011: <em><em>Uchidachi<\/em><\/em> attaque <em>shomenuchi<\/em> (1er <em>suburi<\/em>). <em><em>Ukedachi<\/em><\/em> sort de la ligne d\u2019attaque vers la gauche et contre attaque avec <em>shomenuchi<\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Go no awase<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u4e94\u306e\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3011: <em><em>Uchidachi<\/em><\/em> attaque <em>yokomenuchi<\/em> en avan\u00e7ant (5\u00e8me <em>suburi<\/em>). <em><em>Ukedachi<\/em><\/em> contr\u00f4le en reculant (similaire au 4\u00e8me <em>suburi<\/em> en reculant)<\/li><li><em><strong>Shichi no awase<\/strong><\/em> \u3010\u4e03\u306e\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3011: <em><em>Uchidachi<\/em><\/em> attaque <em>yokomenuchi<\/em> et <em>tsuki<\/em> en
